Cancellation Policy
331 K9 Cancellation Policy To ensure we can accommodate all our canine guests and maintain the highest standard of care, we require at least 48 hours’ notice for all cancellations or changes to your boarding or training reservation. 48-Hour Notice Requirement Cancellations or date-changes must be made no later than 48 hours before your scheduled check-in date and time. Notice must be provided by phone at (XXX) XXX-XXXX or by email to reservations@331K9.com. Refunds & Deposit Reservations secured with a deposit will receive a full refund of that deposit when cancelled with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in forfeit the deposit in full. Late Cancellations & No-Shows Cancellations made within 48 hours of the reservation or failure to arrive (“no-show”) will incur a fee equal to one night’s boarding rate or one session’s training package cost (whichever applies). This fee covers the time and kennel space reserved exclusively for your dog. Exceptions & Emergencies We understand that unforeseen emergencies happen. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel due to serious illness, travel delays, or other urgent circumstances.
